Seamus McNally


Seamus McNally has been a professional acting coach and teacher for nearly twenty years. In addition to holding ongoing classes out of his studio on Union Square, he coaches actors privately, and consults directors for a wide array of film and television productions. Recent projects include Orange is the New BlackRootsVinyl (M. Scorsese)The Night OfToo Old To Die Young (N. W. Refn), Black Mirror.

As a filmmaker, Seamus has directed numerous narrative short films including: To Paint the Portrait of a Bird, The Hypnotist, Sketches of Honey, Good Old Days, Exchange Place, and an excerpt from Mike Leigh's Ecstasy to name a few. His films have premiered at Cannes, Montreal, Woodstock, Mill Valley, and won Best Short Film at the final NY/Avignon Film Festival. Throughout the past several years he has been developing a diverse portfolio of projects for feature film and television.
